Side events

The Regional Conference on Population and Development in Latin America and the Caribbean is a permanent subsidiary body of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC). It focuses on the follow-up and review of matters relating to population and development. On November 13 - 15, provision may be made for a limited number of side events as it is an excellent opportunity for Member States, United Nations agencies and civil society organizations to discuss various issues related to the Montevideo Consensus on Population and Development.
